After communicated with business owner initally, I conducted competitive anaylsis of exisiting products and services based on the business owner's interested. Then we fill the gap by writting down bullet point with "what this product is trying to achieve", and narrow it down to what business owner's primary goal is, and process to the next phase.

I composed a series of questionairs and visited the company. I interviewed the business owener and employees to understand their workflow better in order to see how I can create tools for them improve their productivties.

Once the goal for the product is clear, I moved on to create personas and user journey. With these design methods help, I am able to create userflows to guide my design and move on to wireframing phase to quickly prototype and test what works the best for the product.
